Single current-host form

Removes the legacy ping mi shortcut so ping me is the only special form for the current HTTP host.

What changed

Focused network diagnosticsClarifies IPv4/IPv6 forcing and diagnostic TLS bypass. This release was withdrawn because the current-host shortcut did not work reliably on every hosting environment; use 1.7 until 1.9 is approved.
Current-host aliasMakes ping me the canonical way to test the host serving the current terminal, keeps ping mi for compatibility, and leaves the established HTTP, address-family and TLS diagnostics intact.
Minimum current-host parityping was aligned with the current Core contract while preserving the established command workflow.
